About me:

I’m a certified massage therapist trained at AM Akademi in Denmark, where I earned my diploma in anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques. Over the past two years, I’ve worked both independently and at AIRE Ancient Baths, helping people reconnect with their bodies through mindful and intuitive touch.

My main practice is Swedish massage, with a focus on deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and connective tissue (fascia) treatment using sliding cupping. This technique helps oxygenate the deeper tissue layers and restore freedom of movement, making each session both therapeutic and rejuvenating.

I deeply believe in the connection between body and mind. Every treatment blends relaxation and targeted therapy, depending on what your body most needs that day. I often integrate aromatherapy and sound therapy to help the nervous system tune in and amplify the benefits of touch.

As someone who practices CrossFit, weightlifting, and yoga, I know firsthand what it means to feel sore, tense, or restricted. My goal is to help you unlock your body, release what holds you back, and rediscover balance and vitality in your everyday life, supporting your well-being at 360 degrees.
